Refund & Consultation Policy
Overview
Each consultation is prepared with focused time, analysis, and a commitment to scheduling. For this reason, all bookings are treated as confirmed once payment is received. This policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and respect for both your time and the consultation process.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not offered once a consultation has been booked.
However, limited exceptions may apply:
- If you request cancellation within 12 hours of booking, and the session has not been scheduled or prepared, a refund may be considered.
- If a technical or scheduling issue occurs from our side and the consultation cannot be delivered, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
Once a consultation has been completed (call or written report), it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change.
- You may request to reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated.
Each booking allows one reschedule request.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice:
- The session will be considered completed
- No refund or reschedule will be applicable
